All Superside subscriptions require a one-year commitment because we prioritize ongoing creative partnerships. Unlike one-off projects, our services shine in fostering long-term brand development. This commitment unlocks access to our full design spectrum, allowing you to not only elevate your graphics but also build a team who understands your vision. The longer we collaborate, the deeper our understanding of your brand becomes, maximizing the value you receive and your overall growth.
All our customers can access personalized onboarding run by your Superside team. During the onboarding process, we quickly and efficiently get you ready to submit projects through a kick-off session where we unpack all that Superside and your new creative team has to offer. You can get up and running within a few days for production projects, and we’ll learn your brand quickly to take o more complex creative concepting projects.
We offer credit card billing or invoicing.
Our model is designed to be flexible because we know that your needs might fluctuate. Unlike agency retainers, where you use it or lose it, your unused flex budget will roll over for up to three months to ensure you get full value from your subscription.
Per-project pricing depends on a variety of factors, including overall complexity, number and format of assets needed, and services used. However, you will always get a transparent quote for each project. Please contact our sales team to discuss your needs.
Generally speaking, we're less expensive than traditional agencies and a bit more expensive than individual freelancers since we offer a wider array of services, project management, and creative direction. And, it gets more efficient with scale, the longer we work with you.
Your Superside subscription includes a monthly budget and a $1,000 service fee. The monthly budget is the amount of dollars available for project work and planning on a monthly basis, including creative production, strategy, co-creation, ad hoc requests, and project management. The service fee supports our platform, Superspace, including its development and maintenance, AI-powered workflows, tools, training, and integrations with tools like Asana and Jira.
AI design and creative services represent a massive opportunity, particularly for Superside customers who can plug into a full-stack creative team who are experts in AI within hours. However, not every single project requires or benefits from AI services. Today, outputs like infographics and ebooks are still best without AI, while, outputs like motion ads benefit from AI. Where there is value to be found, your creative team will absolutely recommend AI-Enhanced services.
A Project Booster is a flexible, one-time increase in your Superside budget that allows you to fund major projects, seasonal campaigns, or exploratory work outside of your standard subscription. Boosters always start on the first of the month and can last up to three months.
Project Boosters are designed to add on top of your monthly subscription, giving you extra budget for high-impact projects including:
- Seasonal campaigns (e.g., Black Friday, back-to-school, holiday promotions)
- Major product launches or company milestones
- Large-scale video or brand campaigns that exceed your usual scope
- Exploratory projects to test new creative approaches or expand Superside services within your organization
The minimum purchase for a Project Booster is $10,000.
We utilize GenAI in various ways throughout the creative process to explore new ideas, generate draft images and copy, and expedite review cycles. That being said, no GenAI makes its way into a final deliverable without review and refinement by our creative teams and your consent. This results in time and cost savings that are passed on to our customers, improved consistency, and overall efficiency.
For our customers, the process remains unchanged: You submit a project brief, brand guidelines, and any style preferences, and our team gets to work. The difference lies in the backend. AI helps speed up production timelines, improve consistency, and unlock cost efficiencies.
