We prioritize ongoing creative partnerships over one-off work: this unlocks access to our full creative range, and the longer we work together, the deeper our understanding of your brand becomes, maximizing the value you get from the partnership.
All new accounts get onboarding at no extra cost, run by your dedicated Superside team. It starts with an introductory session where we unpack your goals and brand needs, followed by a working session with your creative team so they're briefed and ready before your first project begins. You'll also get platform training and a clear project roadmap, with your first project landing within the first few weeks.
For teams that want a faster, more hands-on ramp-up, we also offer Quick Start: a $20,000, three-week engagement where our AI implementation specialists configure and tune your Brand Brain to your specific briefing process, train your stakeholders, and hand off a working playbook.
Flex Subscriptions are designed to flex with you. Unlike agency retainers, where you use it or lose it, any unused Flex Budget rolls over for up to three months, so you get full value from your subscription.
Per-project pricing depends on a variety of factors, including overall complexity, number and format of assets needed, and services used. However, you will always get a transparent quote for each project. Please contact our sales team to discuss your needs.
Generally speaking, we're less expensive than traditional agencies and a bit more expensive than individual freelancers since we offer a wider array of services, project management, and creative direction. And, it gets more efficient with scale, the longer we work with you.
Your Superside subscription includes a monthly budget and a $1,000 software fee. The monthly budget is what you spend on project work, including creative production, strategy, project management, AI essentials workshops, AI consulting, and custom brand models. The software fee covers your Superspace platform access, including Brand Brain, Agents, Core Workspace, in-platform image generation, standard plugins and integrations, your Superads Pro subscription, and AI generation costs on standard projects.
Your Flex Budget covers the full range of Superside's creative and AI services: creative production (design, video, photo), project management, specialist production (UI/UX, illustration, motion, 3D, AR, video editing, audio), creative development and concepting, and creative or brand strategy. It also covers advanced AI production, AI strategy support, AI upskilling through AI Academy, and custom AI solutions when your work calls for it.
Yes. Through AI Academy, we run upskilling programs for your team, including workshops, coaching sessions, and executive AI literacy training. You can pay for these out of your existing subscription dollars, no separate purchase needed.
A Dedicated AI-Native Team is a committed team of AI-ready creatives assigned to your brand specifically, staffed to the needs uncovered during your sales process. It's the same people every month, running on custom brand models trained for your account.
Dedicated is sold as a single monthly number starting at $30,000 a month, on a 12-month term, plus the same $1,000/month software fee as Flex. Most Dedicated teams also come with some Flex budget included, so you have coverage for overflow work or skill gaps outside your team's day-to-day focus. It's built for predictable, repeating demand with a clear use case.

Yes, in some cases. An Exploratory Project is a paid, scoped engagement that lets you experience Superside's work before committing to an ongoing subscription. It's designed as a pathway toward a subscription rather than a standalone trial. Talk to your Superside contact about whether this is the right way in for you.
You have two options, depending on the type of work.
Overages let you keep working at your standard rate when you've used up your Flex Budget for the month. They're the right call for extending or adding to work already in motion.
Project Boosters are a separate, planned budget add-on for large, time-bound projects that don't fit inside a normal month, like a seasonal campaign, a rebrand, or a product launch. They start at a $15,000 minimum and run on top of your existing subscription. If the work is new and sizable, talk to your Superside team about a Booster. If it's an extension of what's already underway, an overage keeps things moving without a new approval process.
We utilize GenAI in various ways throughout the creative process to explore new ideas, generate draft images and copy, and expedite review cycles. That being said, no GenAI makes its way into a final deliverable without review and refinement by our creative teams and your consent.
