You control when we use AI

We believe in giving our customers transparency and control over the use of generative AI. You will be given total control over whether or not Superside uses AI and you can make this election on a project by project basis or at an account level for all projects. If you elect not to use AI, Superside will exclude it from every step in the process and our amazing humans will do all the work. However, enabling GenAI gives your marketing and creative teams an incredible opportunity to speed up design production, reduce project costs, scale output whenever needed and explore entirely new ideas. As an extension of your in-house team, Superside helps you navigate generative AI opportunities and passes all the benefits directly to you.

We take your personal data seriously

Superside is committed to protecting the safety and security of our clients’ personal data. You can rest assured that all names, email addresses, and other forms of Personally Identifiable Information are removed from any prompts before they are passed to AI.

We give you copyright when you need it

Superside follows the latest U.S. Copyright Office decisions and it's clear that raw GenAI output is not protectable by copyright. Combining the top 1% of global creative talent with powerhouse AI tools gives you high-quality, high-performing creative but only a thin layer of copyright protection. Therefore, if you need copyright, simply elect not to use AI for that project - or for all projects if you prefer - and we will make sure that only human authors are involved at every step. However, for all of the rest of your creative needs, elect to use AI and receive your creative up to 60% more efficiently.
